Dirk Chee A Tow

President / Founder, PAS Cargo USA Inc.

Dirk Chee A Tow

Dirk Chee A Tow founded PAS Cargo USA as a Non-Vessel Operator Common Carrier (NVOCC) in 2002, after stints with other Miami-based freight partnerships. He forged an alliance with Piarco Air Services, a 50-plus-year-old Trinidad and Tobago cargo company with bonded warehousing at the Piarco International Airport and El Socorro, Trinidad and Tobago. Dirk successfully built the PAS brand into the number-one market position in Trinidad within its first year and retains that position by excelling in Air and Ocean Consolidation services to commercial customers and projects in the industrial sector. Over the last decade, he has inspired his team to expand PAS direct offices across Caribbean markets, quickly rising into top-tier positions in Barbados, Guyana, Grenada and St. Vincent, with Jamaica, St. Lucia and others rapidly developing. Concurrently, Dirk continues to expand PAS business scope through the acquisition of Lenmar Shipping LLC as a second brand and by operating a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) under PAS Distribution Center.
