Cargo consolidation is at the heart of what PAS Cargo does. Since 2012, we have built one of Guyana's most reliable LCL consolidation services — grouping shipments from multiple clients into shared containers, reducing freight costs significantly without compromising on speed, tracking, or documentation quality.

How It Works

From Multiple Shippers to Your Door

01

Booking & Coordination

We receive cargo from multiple shippers at the origin warehouse. Each consignment is logged, documented, and allocated within the consolidated load based on weight and volume.

02

Consolidation at Origin

Cargo from multiple customers is carefully packed into a shared container. Each shipment remains clearly separated, labelled, and documented to ensure efficient identification and smooth handling upon arrival in Guyana.

03

Ocean Transit

The consolidated container departs on a scheduled ocean service to Guyana. Throughout transit, we monitor the shipment progress and provide updates, including estimated arrival information, to ensure customers have full visibility of their cargo.

04

Deconsolidation

Upon arrival, the container is carefully deconsolidated at our facility. Each shipment is separated, verified against the accompanying documentation, and prepared for individual customs processing.

05

Clearance & Release

Our experienced customs brokerage team manages the clearance process for each shipment through the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA). Once cleared, cargo is released directly to customers or coordinated for final delivery throughout Guyana.

FAQs

What Details Are Required for a Quote?

LCL consolidation groups your cargo with other shipments in a shared container. It is cost-effective when your cargo does not fill a full container. If your volume is under approximately 15–20 cubic metres, LCL is typically more economical than FCL.

Each consignment is individually marked, logged, and documented with its own House Bill of Lading before consolidation. This ensures accurate identification and separation at destination.

Departure frequency depends on the trade lane and volume. Contact our team for current schedules and cut-off dates on your preferred route.
